Listing of merchandise is done on a daily basis so be sure to check back often! Descriptions and pictures are provided to online bidders to the best of our ability however, items sell AS IS unless stated in the description or are items that cannot be tested by staff at the auction house. We do our best to represent items. Occasionally, an item will inadvertently be mis-represented or there may be an error in the item listing. In those rare situations, we will allow returns on those items. Returns are only accepted up until 5:30PM MST on the Thursday for the current week of auctions. For example, the Tuesday night auction begins at 5:30PM MST on Tuesday. You have 48 hours to return the item in question. Auction house staff will determine if a refund is given. We pay our sellers on the Friday following the auction(s). Therefore it is important to contact us regarding a refund before Thursday at 5:30 PM MST. Refunds will not be allowed after the 5:30 MST Thursday cut off each week.. All sales are final.
