When it comes to dealing with an estate there are many steps to take before simply calling a clean out company. Dealing with an estate whether it’s a family member or friend can be a difficult and emotional process. The auction world in most circumstances is consignment based, so involving an auction house first is solely to your benefit. It is the house’s job to dig through and find that needle in the haystack because they only make money by making you money. The second factor is that a professional will be able to make an assessment much faster than the average home owner. Specialists are specialists for a reason, through years of experience they are able to give real time assessments of your articles without the deterrent of emotional attachment or stress. Clearing a house can appear to be exhaustively overwhelming, but what appears as multiple months’ worth of work can typically be executed in an orderly and expeditious way.

Biditbob believes in listening to our bidders and sellers requests and suggestions. For years we have had a Sunday and Tuesday auction. There will be no weekly Sunday auction beginning 1/26. Sunday will be combined with Tuesday with a listing of 600 to 900 lots. You have voiced that seeing the merchandise prior to an auction is important, therefore merchandise can be viewed from 8-5 on Tuesdays. All other terms and conditions apply. Thank you for your continued support and enjoy bidding from home!

Hello faithful patrons of BidItBob Estate Liquidation & Auction! We hope you are all doing well during this uncertain time.
We know that most of you would love some quality merchandise to bid for online. We totally understand that. We want to provide you some quality merchandise to bid for online. I’m sure you understand that as well! So, we have a plan…..Here it is….
We are going to conduct “Curbside To-Go, Credit Payment Only, Online Auctions”! Online bidding is going to be exactly the same. The days of the auctions will be exactly the same. Here is what will change:
For Sellers: We will not be taking any consignments until further notice.
For Bidders:
- Following an auction, you will receive your "Winning Bidder Invoices" with your totals. In that invoice will be the ability for you to pay with a bank/credit card! No cash will be accepted until further notice.
- Once you make payment, you will have the following options to receive your items. Call us at 308-635-1402, and we will bring your items out to your car, nicely packaged and ready to go.
- You can come by the auction house during these designated hours:
- Wednesday 5pm-7pm
- Thursday 5pm-7pm
- Saturday 8am-12pm
- Sunday 8am-12pm (March 29, 2020 ONLY)
- We can ship your items to you. We can invoice you your totals, including shipping charges.

Note: If any of the changes mentioned above are not going to work for you, please refrain from bidding on our auctions until “things get back on track” and we can resume our regular weekly operations. We need all our awesome bidders to commit to these changes prior to bidding in order for this to work.
Why we feel the need to make these changes?
- We currently have no staff that can work. They are all at home with kids while school is out, or at home taking care of themselves. So, even if we wanted to continue normal operations, it wouldn’t work because we have nobody that is able to come to run the business during the day!
- Regardless of what you, or I think about the current pandemic, it is important to follow the recommended guidelines that have been laid out to us by local and National health professionals. The changes we are making will help make sure we are doing our part to not only service our loyal bidders, but also make sure we are keeping people as safe as we can.
NOTE: Depending on how things go over the coming weeks, we may need to change all of this again or completely refrain from auction entirely. We will see how things go!
We hope you are as excited as we are to try this! We understand that this is not “ideal”, but it is the best option we can think of to make this work for most of us. The other option is to “not conduct any online auctions” until further notice. We know for a fact, most of you do not like the latter option!

There are a couple of policy changes for this auction:
1. NO RETURNS. EVERYTHING SELLS AS IS, WHERE IS.
2. The "pickup procedure" for the 07/27/2021 Living Estate Auction is going to be different. PLEASE READ:
Please make credit card payments on our website following the auction. Pickup will be on Wednesday, July 28 from noon to 5:30 p.m. and Thursday July 29 from 12:00Pm to 5:30pm. Location TO PICKUP ITEMS IS IN GERING NEBRASKA. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR WINNINGS DURING THIS TIME, IN GERING, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS AUCTION. This is an online auction with items located at the residence. All items need to be paid for and removed by 5:30pm on Thursday, July 29. Please bring help for heavy or large items purchased. Note that there is furniture and the pool table located in the basement.
